Here at CTC, we are dedicated to growing that connection. We believe that every single student deserves to know they are loved and cared for. We are on a mission to provide educators with the tools and strategies they need to create a culture of connection in their school communities. The CTC behavioral approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and founded in care. It empowers educators to navigate behavioral conversations with increased confidence and competence.
